Thank you for your interest in renting a room @7200.

     Please complete the Rental Application form below. Once it has been reviewed, you will be contacted as to the availability of the room which you desire to use as well as the cost for the rental. At that time, a deposit of 50% will be required to reserve the date. You will have 10 days from the receipt of your application to get your deposit in to the main office. If we do not have your deposit by then, we reserve the right to release the room to someone else who wants to rent it. Final payment is due on or before the end of business on the business day before the event.

     In case of an emergency event, like a funeral being held at 7200, management reserves the right to make adjustments to the rental agreement. Should this need to happen, management will make every effort to work around your event.
